Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The Latin Pop mainstream is being influenced by his international reach. In 2017 his hit track from 2016, Una Lady Como Tu won the Colombian Kids Choice Award Favorite Song. His debut album ADN came out through La Industria Inc., an Medellin-based Sony distribution firm. It reached the top 8 spot according to the Top Latin Albums Chart. In the following year, he joined Ozuna in his Top Five smash Vaina Loca. He released in 2020 his second album charting Dopamina and collaborated on Mala Influencia together with Noriel. In 2021, he appeared in a duet with TINI on her smash streaming track Maldita Foto. The hit song La Bachata from 2000 was made available in 2023.
